You can: Call our main number and dial your sales representative's extension. Do you prefer a more direct route? Ask your sales representative for their direct line so you can by-pass the automated attendant. Do you dislike automated phone systems? You can always press "0" to speak to a operator. A. A. Our payment terms are printed on our invoices. Terms may vary by the type of material purchased, but typically all invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. If there is a cash discount available, it will be indicated on the invoice along with the date the invoice must be paid by in order to be eligible for the payment discount. A.

Again, we request that all returns be authorized by us ahead of time, and that they be made within thirty days of the original receipt. A. Our policy regarding cutting wire: We will custom cut wire to your specifications and the first cut is always free. Additional cuts and any paralleling that needs to be done will be charged for. Consult your sales representative for a schedule of cutting charges. We also reserve the right to decline to cut a length that would result in our being left with an un-saleable piece. |
